Our crew have now returned. The volunteers had launched to assist a crew member onboard a vessel 25 miles off St Ives head. The crew had only got a few miles underway and news came in from Falmouth Coastguard that SAR helicopter 924 was onsite and had taken a crew member onboard. At this point the crew were stood down and they returned to the station. #RNLI #rescue924 | St Ives Lifeboat
