How to work up to Ring Dips 👇 Start with bench dips with your feet on the floor and knees bent. Once you’re comfortable, move up to Dips keeping your feet on the floor. Try to take tension off your feet as you get stronger. Then you can move into an assisted dip using a band or a machine. Decrease the resistance as your get stronger. Take the assistance away and work on Bar Dips. Finally, challenge yourself by adding an unstable addition, the rings. Ring dips are a favorite of mine. 💥 #functio
