Armstrong discussed the homicide that occurred on Sunday, July 17, 2022, in the 2000 block of 13th Avenue. The Chief also discussed the increase in crime in the neighborhood some call Little Saigon (2nd to 14th Avenue along International Boulevard and East 12th Street). Philadelphia police are investigating a deadly triple shooting in Northeast Philly. It happened just after 11 a.m. on the 7100 block of Oakland Street. Three men were shot and rushed to nearby hospitals. Police say two victims were pronounced dead just before noon, and the third victim’s condition has not been released. Investigators also have a vehicle connected to the shooting being held at Temple University Hospital. Homicide detectives are working this case tonight. If you know anything, con
