The Texas Longhorns will be the No. 1 seed in the SEC baseball tournament next week and get a double-bye into the tourney's quarterfinals.

That "it" of course referring to postseason play, as the 2025 college baseball regular season has come to an end for the No. 3 Texas Longhorns (42-11, 22-8) after the conclusion of their series against the Oklahoma Sooners.

Instead of celebrating an SEC championship, Texas baseball turns its attention to a final three-game series at Oklahoma that begins on Thursday.
