Ketel Marte, Arizona Diamondbacks and All-Star Game
Digest more
An incident at a baseball game in Chicago last month between the Diamondbacks and the White Sox got the attention of the sports world — and not in a good way.
The Diamondbacks received some good news on the injury front for a change with updates on Shelby Miller and Eugenio Suarez.
The Arizona Diamondbacks are used to hot weather. Summer temperatures in the area are known for climbing north of 110 degrees. And though Atlanta’s southeastern humidity makes for a different airiness than the West,
Arizona Diamondbacks second baseman Ketel Marte showed out at MLB's All-Star Game, but came home to see that he had been robbed.
Incidentally, Marte will get to play alongside Machado, the starter at third base, for the National League in the All-Star game. Fernando Tatis Jr. also earned an All-Star selection as an outfielder, but is on the reserves.
