A dozen congressional Democrats are suing the Trump administration for limiting access to ICE detention facilities.

A dozen members of Congress who have been blocked from making oversight visits at immigration detention centers are suing the Trump administration to ensure they are granted entry into the facilities,

The complaint alleges the illegal obstruction of lawmakers’ oversight duties, but an official says legislators “could have just scheduled a tour.”
