MONDAY: A few clouds will be around from time to time but it will stay mostly sunny. Temperatures will be pleasant as we see highs in the mid to upper 50s. Some clouds will be around for Monday evening before it turns generally clear overnight. It will be a chilly night with lows in the upper 30s to low 40s.

We’ll continue our trend of bitterly cold mornings on Friday. A Cold Weather Advisory is in effect until 9am for locations along and south of Highway 20. Wind chills will be in the -20s through mid-morning, but then a southerly wind up to 25mph will take over and help temperatures peak near 20° this afternoon. Lots of sunshine is expected today.

Another First Alert Weather Day is set in motion this morning. Yesterday’s valley snowfall has led to heavy snow accumulations in the high country. I-70 travel is extremely difficult this morning as many passes are covered in snow.
