SOUTH SIOUX CITY, Neb. ( KCAU) — A Dakota County Commissioner will serve a seven-day jail sentence for driving while drunk. During a hearing on Monday, a judge gave Richard Bousquet the sentence for refusing to submit to a test, a first offense charge. He was ordered to report to the Dakota County Jail at 6 p.m.
