A 22-year-old Army ROTC cadet died during summer training at Fort Knox, Kentucky, officials said in a statement over the weekend.

Neil Edara, a Rutgers ROTC cadet from Ridgewood, was training at Fort Knox when he became unresponsive, the Army ROTC said.

Army ROTC Cadet Neil Edara, who joined ROTC at Rutgers University in 2021, was at Fort Knox for Cadet Summer Training.
