Thomas Karba, 37, of CA, was arrested Wednesday for stalking and luring a 12-year-old Fort Myers girl after her father flagged down a state trooper.

According to FHP, 37-year-old Thomas Karba had prior run-ins with the law for attempted rape, kidnapping and assault.
