Almost a month after a plane crashed into a San Diego neighborhood, killing all six on board, investigators have released new information about the final moments of the flight.

The preliminary report did not indicate a cause for the crash. It said the pilot was on an instrument approach in dense fog when he clipped a transmission line about 95 feet from the ground.

Celina Marie Rose Kenyon Kenyon, 36, was another passenger, according to the coroner’s office in San Diego. A spokesperson for Sound Talent Group said she was not an employee.
