A new wildfire was reported today at 7:56 p.m. in San Bernardino County, California. Plunge Fire has been burning on federal land managed by the Bureau of Land Management. Currently, there is no information on the containment of the fire and the cause of it is still undetermined.

Multiple earthquakes rattled parts of San Bernardino and Riverside counties Thursday morning, according to the U.S. Geological Survey. An initial 3.0-magnitude quake struck the area near Rialto around 8:34 a.m. and was followed by a 2.8-magnitude quake and several aftershocks.

A series of earthquakes struck San Bernardino County Thursday, with the strongest south of Cal State San Bernardino.
