Troopers with the Colorado State Patrol arrested the man suspected of shooting and killing a woman earlier today. That's according to the Colorado Springs Police Department.

According to Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD), a call came in at around 11:30 a.m. reporting an incident in the 1000 block of Fontmore Road, just east of Garden of the Gods.
