Willy Adames played against his former team for the first time on Friday, but afterward shared he was devastated by the passing of Bob Uecker.

Though Adames had already departed for the Giants when Uecker passed, he reached out to people in Milwaukee to attend Uecker's funeral. But the funeral was just a small ceremony for family, so Adames did not get to attend.

Bob Uecker was Milwaukee Brewers baseball. Last month, Uecker passed away at the age of 90, leaving a massive void in the hearts of the Brewers and their fans. Uecker was not only the voice of the team, he was as much a part of it as any player, a constant presence in the clubhouse.
