If there's one carmaker that has the ability to milk its star product, it has to be Porsche. There are so many variants of its 911 Carrera, that it’s almost impossible to tell them apart unless you're a car nerd.

The 992.2-generation Porsche 911 lineup that debuted last year is continuing to expand back to its full strength, and Wednesday, July 2 marks the arrival of the 4S variants back into the fold. Say hi to the 2026 Carrera 4S coupe, Carrera 4S Cabriolet and Targa 4S.

Porsche has revealed the new range of 911 Carrera 4S models, offering all-wheel-drive and a Targa specification in the 992.2 range for the first time without a hybrid powertrain. Indeed both AWD and the Targa bodystyle were previously only available in Carrera GTS T-Hybrid form.
