NASCAR has penalized Austin Cindric 50 points and fined him $50,000 for intentionally spinning Ty Dillon in last weekend's Cup Series race at Circuit of the Americas.

Austin Cindric has been assessed a 50-point penalty and $50,000 fine after intentionally spinning Ty Dillon in the EchoPark Automotive Grand Prix at Circuit of the Americas. Kyle Larson has also had two crew members suspended.

Austin Cindric was fined $50,000 and docked 50 championship points after an incident with Ty Dillon in the NASCAR Cup Series race at Circuit of the Americas last weekend, NASCAR revealed March 5 in its penalty report.
