A highly anticipated road construction project is ending after nearly five years. Eventually, we'll see less construction on I-16 as the Georgia Department of Transportation opens the new third lanes.

Streetlights out--several viewers have called us with concerns about dark roads getting in and out of Savannah. A couple of problem spots stand out. People tell us they’ve noticed streetlights on the 37th Street Connector and I-16 have been burned out for several months now.
