Some SuperDrives -- particularly mechanisms manufactured by Matshita (and more specifically the Matshita drives used in the iMac G5) -- do not burn DVDs at rates in the range of the advertised speed.
Just wanted to know, around what speed is recommended to burn audio CDs? The slower the better, or the faster the better? I generally burn between 10x-24x depending on how quickly I need the CD done ...
