SAN FRANCISCO — Memphis Grizzlies rookie Zach Edey walked in a narrow but long room, towering over a contingent of at least 75 media members with his 7-foot-4 height while preparing to answer questions.

Zach Edey and the Memphis Grizzlies squared off against their conference rivals Phoenix Suns in a regular season matchup on Tuesday.

The Grizzlies' starting center had just four points and five rebounds in Memphis' 128-114 loss to the Clippers on Wednesday night in Los Angeles. It was the third straight game where Edey scored in single digits after he had put together three double-doubles in a row.
