Rebecca Romijn is sharing an update on her return as Mystique in the highly-anticipated Avengers: Doomsday. At The Hollywood Reporter's San Diego Comic-Con suite, the Star Trek: Strange New Worlds star admitted that she wasn't sure if she's finished filming for the forthcoming Marvel film because the script isn't fully complete.

Doomsday is officially in production, it turns out the script isn’t quite locked in. This latest update comes straight from Rebecca Romijn , who’s making her long-awaited return to the Marvel universe as Mystique in the highly anticipated 2026 film,

The actress reprises her past X-Men role as the shapeshifting mutant Mystique in the Marvel Cinematic Universe event film, which set up shop in the U.K. She also recently wrapped filming season 4 of Strange New Worlds in Toronto and will return to film season 5.
