Monday is a NEXT Weather Alert Day for tropical downpours and an elevated flash flood risk. The National Weather Service has issued a flood watch from Monday afternoon through the evening for the following Pennsylvania counties: Berks, Delaware, Chester, Montgomery, Lehigh, Bucks, Northampton and Philadelphia.
