As we endure the final days of this latest current blast of arctic air in Texas, the anticipation for spring is building. Ahead of the change in the seasons, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration,

Much of the country is forecast to see warmer-than-average temperatures and drought conditions this spring, according to NOAA.

This winter has been characterized by constant wild temperature swings across the Lone Star State. In February alone, parts of Texas saw high temperatures reach the 90s, only to see the same areas fall into the teens and single digits just a couple of weeks later.
