Matt Rife and Elton Castee have purchased the Monroe, Conn. home of Ed and Lorraine Warren, who inspired Warner Bros' 'The Conjuring' franchise.

The comedian and his friend purchased, but do not legally own, the paranormal investigators' home, museum and entire artifact collection

The Conjuring's Ed and Lorraine Warren's haunted home is now owned by Matt Rife, who also took on the Annabelle doll for five years
