A judge ruled Wednesday that the Trump administration must facilitate the return of a 20-year-old migrant, who was deported last month, because his removal violated a class action lawsuit settled last year.

A federal judge has ordered the administration of President Donald Trump to facilitate the return of a second man sent to a prison in El Salvador back to the United States, saying his deportation violated a court settlement.

The Trump administration said Kilmar Abrego Garcia, who was living in Maryland but entered the country illegally in 2011, was deported to an El Salvador prison due to an administrative error.
