The Giants on Saturday held their second and final practice of their rookie minicamp. And once again, they had a special visitor — their legendary former quarterback Eli Manning, who is now trying to buy part of the team.

The New York Giants and Brian Daboll wanted former Ole Miss quarterback Jaxson Dart in the 2025 NFL draft. Joe Schoen, the team's general manager, was able to make that happen by trading back into the late stage of the first round at pick No. 25 to get him.

Giants head coach Brian Daboll confirmed after the draft that Wilson would head into the 2025 season as QB1. Wilson is a on a one-year deal, however, and the draft capital spent on Dart indicates the franchise could be hoping to see him earn a larger role in the future.
