‘Narnia: The Magician’s Nephew’ has been delayed to 2027. One of Netflix’s most anticipated upcoming movies, Narnia: The Magician’s Nephew will no longer debut in 2026. The movie has shifted its exclusive theatrical release to February 2027 with a streaming release of April 2, 2027.
Netflix has postponed Greta Gerwig’s Narnia: The Magician’s Nephew from November 2026 to February 12, 2027, with streaming to follow on April 2. The shift, partly due to a cast injury, comes with a historic full theatrical rollout, including IMAX previews. This marks Netflix’s boldest move yet into traditional cinema distribution for one of its original films.
