NASCAR has penalized Austin Cindric 50 points and fined him $50,000 for intentionally spinning Ty Dillon in last weekend’s Cup Series race at Circuit of the Americas.

Austin Cindric has been assessed a 50-point penalty and $50,000 fine after intentionally spinning Ty Dillon in the EchoPark Automotive Grand Prix at Circuit of the Americas. Kyle Larson has also had two crew members suspended.

Following Sunday's run-in between Team Penske's Austin Cindric and Kaulig Racing's Ty Dillon as the drivers exited Turn 20, NASCAR penalized the Penske driver.
