New bystander video and body camera footage have surfaced, filling out the timeline leading up to the fatal shooting of Alex Pretti.

Troubling new video has been released from a deadly police-involved shooting at a New York City hospital. Police said the man locked himself in a room with two people and threatened to kill staffers.

Mayor Brett Smiley said the city is still sorting through multiple public records requests to determine what police body-worn camera video can or should be released.
