JEFFERSON CITY — Republican Missouri Gov. Mike Kehoe called on the Missouri General Assembly to pass a measure asking voters to approve a gradual elimination of the state income tax. The governor made the request and laid out other legislative priorities in the second State of the State address he has delivered as governor.
