AKRON, Ohio (AP) — Two people inside a small plane were found dead Thursday after it crashed into a house in Ohio and exploded into flames, the Akron Fire Department said.

A homicide investigation is underway in Stevenson after an adult woman was found dead with significant traumatic injuries at the White Cap Apartments.

Three northern Missouri residents are charged in connection with the disappearance of a teenager. Kayla Huff, 16, of Moberly, was last seen on May 6, 2026, and investigators say foul play is suspected. Her father, Mike Huff, said on Facebook that his daughter's car was found abandoned on Rollins Street in Moberly on the day she vanished.
