GRAND FORKS — A crash course in driving safety took center stage Wednesday, July 9, at the Alerus Center, where teens were invited to learn the tricks of the trade and how to stay safe on the road.

The free defensive driving program, designed for teenagers ages 15 to 19, is dedicated to preventing injuries and saving lives.
