A coalition of city leaders and advocates for seniors, the homeless and the disabled says the lack of access impacts everyone.

Officials and city dwellers gathered on the steps of City Hall Thursday morning to advocate on behalf of two bills being discussed by the city council that would expand access to restrooms in the five boroughs.
