The sheriff's office said they arrested 18-year-old Jacob McInnis Jr. of Whitefield on Wednesday morning.
The charges stem from a weeklong investigation that began Jan. 6, when deputies responded to a report of a house being shot in Alna, the sheriff's office said.
Police say they responded to a report of a home being shot on Old Sheepscot Road just after 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
