The season 36 finale, titled “Estranger Things,” features a flashforward to thirty-five years in the future, when Lisa (Yeardley Smith) and Bart Simpson (Nancy Cartwright) are adults, and their mother, Marge Simpson (Julie Kavner), is dead.
