Five teenagers were arrested after a stray bullet cut through an apartment ceiling in the Bronx and struck a sleeping woman in the forehead on Sunday night. The stray bullet reportedly flew into the first-floor apartment from the floor above inside a residential building on Purdy Avenue near Metropolitan Avenue in Parkchester,
