The music mogul has pleaded not guilty to charges of sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy and transportation to engage in prostitution. Here’s what has happened in court.

NEW YORK -- Prosecutors are calling their final witnesses after presenting evidence for the last six weeks in the trial of Sean "Diddy" Combs. They are expected rest their case on Monday (6/23).

Sean "Diddy" Combs will, most likely, not speak in his own defense during his ongoing racketeering trial. Assistant U.S. Attorney Maurene Comey will rest the government's case June 20. After which, defense attorneys for Combs will begin presenting.
