Zohran Mamdani's New York mayoral primary prompted a variety of reactions among the city's Democrats, with some vowing to oppose him and others offering support.

In order to vote in the primary, you must be registered as either a Democrat or Republican. The Democratic ballot includes citywide elections for public advocate and comptroller. Some districts will also vote for borough president, City Council, district attorney, supreme court and civil judges.
