The organizers of this weekend's upcoming "No Kings" protests have issued a video reminding people about the event. The video, released on the No Kings website, reminds those planning to attend of details and calls on people to join the protests.

The “No Kings” protests are set to take place to counter what organizers say are Trump’s plans to feed his ego on what is also his 79th birthday and Flag Day.

Protesters are gathering at the Iowa State Capitol on Saturday for what is expected to be the largest single-day anti-Trump demonstration since the beginning of his second administration. The big picture: The widespread No Kings movement will run counter to President Trump's multimillion-dollar military parade in Washington.

Organizers have planned demonstrations in cities and towns across the country on the same day as President Trump’s parade in Washington to celebrate the Army.

Indivisible and 50501 are among the groups organizing the protests. Organizers are holding a "No Kings" protest in Naples on June at the Collier County Courthouse, where they plan to protest the military parade being held on President Donald Trump's birthday.

We implore everyone not to play into Trump’s hands and fall for his schemes,” the chair of the Washington State Democratic Party said in a statement.

Pikes Peak Pride events start Saturday with the parade on Sunday and a No Kings protest is expected to take place Saturday at noon.

The rallies come on the same day as a military parade in Washington D.C. honoring the U.S. Army's 250th birthday and President Donald Trump's 79th birthday.
