Paramount Global chief financial officer Naveen Chopra is exiting his post. Following his departure, Andrew Warren, who currently serves as strategic advisor to the office of the CEO and is himself the former CFO of Discovery Communications, will assume the additional role of executive vice president and interim CFO at Paramount.

Paramount Global's chief financial officer Naveen Chopra is exiting the media giant to pursue other opportunities, the media giant revealed in an 8-K filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Monday.

Paramount Global said its chief financial officer Naveen Chopra   is departing “to pursue other opportunities.”
