The San Diego Padres, who staged a late, dramatic comeback Monday against the Yankees, came out to support Mike Shildt, who was ejected in the top of the eighth inning while defending Fernando Tatis Jr.

After Fernando Tatís Jr. was tossed from the game for questioning a called strike in the top of the eighth inning (starts at 8:30 mark), Shildt expressed his frustration at the strike call and ejection of his star outfielder by storming onto the field, throwing his glasses on the grass and yelling at Johnson.
