Manuel "Manny" Ruiz was in court Thursday morning, and he will continue to be held without bail. He's accused of the shooting deaths of Rodney Finley and Tanisha Finley, known as Finny and Bubbly.

Police said the shooting near the landmark Bellagio fountains was an isolated incident between the victims and the suspect, who had been feuding on social media.
