Lawyers for a group of at least 137 Venezuelan men sent to a prison in El Salvador last month have urged a judge to order Republican President Donald Trump's administration to facilitate their return to the U.

A judge ruled Wednesday that the Trump administration must facilitate the return of a 20-year-old migrant, who was deported last month, because his removal violated a class action lawsuit settled last year.

The Trump administration said Kilmar Abrego Garcia, who was living in Maryland but entered the country illegally in 2011, was deported to an El Salvador prison due to an administrative error.
