Elihue Mahler, 31, of Virginia Beach and Austyn Lee Cole, 23, of Kitty Hawk are each charged with human trafficking a child victim, kidnapping and two counts of felony conspiracy in the Tuesday morning disappearance of 15-year-old Azealia Strifler.

Both suspects initially made contact with the missing teen online, according to the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

An AMBER Alert was issued Wednesday afternoon by the Harnett County Sheriff's Office for 15-year-old Azalea Strifler. She is 5' 4", weighs around 110 pounds, and has blonde hair, and blue eyes. She was last seen in the areas of Storey Acres Road in Spring Lake.
