The Seattle Mariners closed out their nine-game road trip with a 4-3 win against the Boston Red Sox on Thursday. The victory improved the Mariners' season record to 14-11. It was their fifth consecutive series win.

The Seattle Mariners scored twice in the first two innings and held on to post their second straight win, beating the host Boston Red Sox 4-3 on Thursday afternoon.
