Iran and Israel continued to exchange attacks into Tuesday amid the latest round of conflict between the two nations.

Trump left the Group of Seven summit in Canada a day early to deal with the conflict between Israel and Iran. He told reporters he was looking at something “better than a ceasefire.”

President Trump called for Iran’s ‘unconditional surrender’ on Tuesday. Israeli officials have been pushing the United States to use its huge bunker-busting bomb to crush Iran’s nuclear capabilities.

A ministry statement posted on Telegram noted Iran's "clear statements" on its commitment to adhere to the nuclear non-proliferation treaty and its willingness to meet with U.S. representatives. The statement also said Moscow was waiting for the International Atomic Energy Agency to provide "unvarnished" assessments of the damage caused to Iranian nuclear facilities by Israeli attacks.
